1 Acceptance of Terms

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

5.2 Declined Withdrawals

7 Gameplay Rules

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach of these Terms is involved, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account wallet will be returned to the player via the same payment channel used for deposits, subject to standard verification and AML checks. Where an account is closed due to a breach, 23slot reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability
